At Mellenia, every order is prepared with intention and attention to detail.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Custom Pieces
Select items are made to order. Please allow an additional 3 business days for production prior to shipment.

Delivery
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard (Domestic): 3–7 business days
• Expedited (Domestic): 2–4 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Mellenia.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Additional Information
Mellenia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once dispatched.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
